they don't let just anyone drive those things, He would have prevented it tipping with the bucket. In fact I think he handled it just fine. You spend a lot of time on dozers and smaller equipment before you get to drive the big ones.

Yeh, I'm thinking the guy was clowning for the camera because he could have stopped the whole thing by dropping the bucket.
