How do you publicize so delicate a subject as inflammatory bowel disease?
I bet your answer didn't involve racing toilets around the Michaelerplatz in Vienna - but that's what a group of Austrian celebrities agreed to do for a good cause.
The toilets were fitted with an electric drive beneath their 'seats' (fortunately after removal of their tanks, moisture from which might otherwise have created sparks beneath the drivers' . . . er . . . assets!).
