I was amazed to read about a ten-year-old girl in Missouri who may have come up with a molecule previously unknown to science. Here's a video report.
For a ten-year-old schoolgirl to be able to put together something that chemical scientists and engineers hadn't previously encountered is pretty remarkable by anyone's standards. I'd say she's got a bright future ahead of her!
