Has this building been re-booted?

The Telegraph recently published this picture of the boot-shaped Lavenu Center in Shanghai, China.  You can view a larger image at the link.

At first I thought it was some sort of photographic hoax - I mean, who in their right mind would build a skyscraper looking so uncannily like a boot? - but other Web sites confirm that it's real.  Must have been an unduly straight-laced designer . . .

Verily, sometimes the mind doth boggle!

So straight-laced, in fact, that if any of his subordinates fail to toe the line, heel give them the boot! (But that's another storey.)
