If they need help, they won't hire employees, they'll contract out the work to other single-person businesses and let them pay their own social security and other expenses. Decisions like this are a good example of why.

It never occurs to these guys that the reason these minorities are arrested more often is that they actually commit more crimes. I think it was Walter E. Williams who said that he was more uncomfortable around groups of black youths in that 14-24 age range than whites and it had nothing to with sterotypes (for those not familiar, Dr. Williams is black and a retired professor) but everything to do with the reality of the types of crimes those kids commit. It's not paranoia, it's situational awareness!

SiGraybeardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00280583031339062059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244999628674918029.post-18053013131300501432013-02-16T09:39:37.764-06:002013-02-16T09:39:37.764-06:00Just another convoluted version of reparations to ...Just another convoluted version of reparations to the descendants of slaves. Since denying whites jobs on the basis of a background check isn't a problem, that's who will be checked and hired.

Brilliant, EEOC!tweellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164718561825615886noreply@blogger.com
