Happens depressingly often in Massachusetts. And this is a state with some of the strictest gun laws in the nation. In MA, despite state and federal laws to the contrary. Perhaps this is yet another danger of "gun control" laws. We make these laws with all the power of a paper tiger, and so we feel better about a repeat offender violent criminal being let out of jail, because "they can't get a gun, it's illegal!!!"<br /><br />Perhaps we should do away with ALL post incarceration punishments, and then remind every jury, every judge, and every parole board that the very day this person is released from jail, they are once again a full fledged member of society, legally able to walk down the road, buy a gun, liquor, hang out at the park and everything else that every normal citizen is allowed to do.<br /><br />Maybe then people would realize that you should only let someone free when you are ready and willing to trust them.tpmoneynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244999628674918029.post-20786005820202999352010-12-29T07:07:36.346-06:002010-12-29T07:07:36.346-06:00No vest?No vest?Jerryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10596065269535476259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244999628674918029.post-81815071758564656502010-12-29T06:52:16.414-06:002010-12-29T06:52:16.414-06:00Similar case here in Georgia.
