I don't eat until satisfied but take what is a reasonable caloric amount, wait X amount of hours and then I eat again. Bouillons, hot unsweetened teas, and lots of iced water, helps but I'm still hungry. <br /><br />Sometimes, I think it would be nice if it was a mental health issue but it's not, been hungry all my life. I just don't run fast enough to keep the calories burned off like I did when I was a kid.
