The idle musings of a former military man, former computer geek, medically retired pastor and now full-time writer. Perhaps I need to reconsider writing as my calling, and broaden my horizons . . .
I was watching a YouTube video on Ham & Bean soup. Subscribe for $1.99. Not much for me but he had over a million subscribers. How much does he make monthly. My first blog I followed was Pioneer Woman. I remember when she had maybe 100 people comment in a day. Now she married a very wealthy man but her individual net worth within 5 years of starting was well over multiple millions. So how much for $1.99 from a million people trickles down to him? Maybe a YT on religion? Your articles on the Catholic Church were excellent and could be done in segments for 12/16 weeks or on becoming an author or all the other subjects all of your are so knowledgeable about.
Thus the reason why all those business seminars and business consultants are bupkis, humbug and hookum of the highest sorts.
ReplyDeleteGypsy roofers have more morals and value to society than consultants.
In this day and age, is it permissable to use the term "gypsy"? 🤔
DeleteLOL, like those how to write books by people that have only published ONE book that didn't sell well...

ReplyDeleteThere was a Dilbert strip where Dogbert is musing:
ReplyDeleteI like to con people.
I also like to insult people.
If I combine them, I can be a consultant!
