The book Altered Perceptions, edited by Dan and Robson Wells (part of an fundraiser to help Robson, who suffers from debilitating mental illness), is more my line than social media confessions. It's available on kindle, and the author introductions (and some of the short works contributed might help a young person (or an adult) realize that their Black Beast has a name, a diagnosis, and a treatment.
