Instead of bribing Congresscreatures, you simply approach the Treasury formally, say "How much...?", pay the price, and Hey! Presto!, you've got your law. For however long you keep paying the fees... Or, until someone says "Hey, that's BS... Lemme buy a damn law or two, myself...".

End of the day, you've got the same damn effect, but it's out in the open, and the money is going to the Treasury. If the public doesn't like it, fine--Let them gather together and put their money where their mouth is, and buy their own laws.

I think you would have to balance things out, to where a group of private citizens got a discount, so that someone like Google couldn't just run roughshod over them, but I believe that this system would be far less iniquitous than the current model, and you'd have the money going towards the National Debt.

I bet money you could put a massive dent in that debt with something like this. Probably bankrupt a few companies, too, as they tried to out-bid the outrage of the general public... takirkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01228716337489374348noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244999628674918029.post-52694684189539216102019-06-22T14:49:35.119-05:002019-06-22T14:49:35.119-05:00No need to pay a tattoo artist for a bar code just...No need to pay a tattoo artist for a bar code just have a veterinarian put a chip in them with ownership info if they get lost.Nuke Road Warriorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01122662466990452477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244999628674918029.post-67366962272737306732019-06-22T11:45:45.252-05:002019-06-22T11:45:45.252-05:00The BEE stings again! The BEE stings again!Sam L.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00996809377798862214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244999628674918029.post-22766329597285055652019-06-22T09:57:11.463-05:002019-06-22T09:57:11.463-05:00Are you sure that's satire? Are you sure that's satire?CenTexTimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04026518638421849111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244999628674918029.post-46038312536145984362019-06-22T07:33:57.324-05:002019-06-22T07:33:57.324-05:00That's funny right there.
