Brilliant!

Labrat, the feminine half of the Atomic Nerds, has come up with what must be one of her most telling comparisons yet.

She's as sickened as the rest of us by the sycophantic babbling of the mass media, who, as she puts it, are committing 'slobbering journalistic fellatio' (oh, what a wonderful expression!) upon the person of our new President. In response, she's linked to a video of a wonderful piece of music, one that almost perfectly describes the way our less-than-responsible journalists are 'whitewashing' (you should pardon the expression) the man they shoehorned into the White House by ignoring or downplaying every single negative, every single problem, and portraying him as the reincarnation of Lincoln, Kennedy and Mahatma Gandhi. They hornswoggled the electorate in 2008, and they're trying to continue to do so in 2009.
