I'm very sore tonight, and my body just doesn't want to co-operate with my mind. Not surprising, really: I'm only just getting into the therapy/recovery process, and it's one month to the day since my heart attack, so I guess my body's entitled to go on strike now and then!
I'll post one video clip above, then head for bed. More blogging tomorrow night.
