With friends like these, who needs enemies?
If anyone did this to me, I'd be tempted to cause them serious bodily harm . . .
Then again, I'm not likely to jump off a perfectly good bridge in the first place!
Jim, by throwing the loose rope after the jumper as he fell, his friends gave him the impression that the rope tied around him wasn't made fast to the bridge.
and that is why I do not do stupid things like this. My friends would not have the rope tied to the rail. I know, need new friends. But from where do I find them? I am stuck in a blue state. I have nowhere else to go.
That almost gave me a heart attack just from watching it. If it was actually done to me, I suspect no-one would survive.
