Another wacky Japanese game show
I've no idea what they're saying, but one doesn't need a translation to laugh!
It's probably based on the Japanese phenom of "salary men" .................... ;-)

From my vary limited Japanese I'm pretty sure the woman was cheering the competitors on. Other than that, no clue of what was being said.
