From Standard Madness we learn of a rather creative effort to build an economy, pedal-powered version of a Porsche 911 GT3.
Here are a few pictures from the long construction sequence.
There are many more photographs at the link. The comments are also worth reading.
That's very creative! Kudos to the unnamed constructor, whose Web site, with even more information, may be found here. He also provided this video clip of the pseudo-Porsche at the Salzburgring in Austria. It's in German, but English sub-titles are provided.
As Standard Madness observed, "It may look like it’s made of pancake dough and it certainly doesn’t drive very well on a rainy day, but it’ll still get some ladies to turn their heads and check it out".

How...nice...
ReplyDeleteZero to 60 (kilometers-distance, of course, not Kmph) in about - what? - three days?
Anybody think to mention "gear-changes" to this yob? Or were they all blinded by the "shininess" of his super-slow "race car".
So much "genius"; so little utilization.
