Which is more stupid? That they risked taking the buggy out on that ice when it clearly wasn't cold enough, or the fact that in reviewing what happened they are laughing at destroying perfectly good property?
A few years back, we had a similar thing happen on the Susquehanna River just by the Rockville Bridge. A pair of drunken railroaders tried to drive across the river in new 4 wheel drive pickup trucks. One of them didn't make it. It cost them several thousand in fines and recovery costs to get it out of the river.

I thought they were morons. They just lost a few thousand dollars (pounds) and that's funny? Drugs and alcohol
