Demolition FAIL!
From the voices, this appears to be somewhere in Russia.
My daughter, who is taking Russian, says there are indeed speaking Russian. Much of it is garbed, but they were apparently talking about how old the building is...
I don't know how you put OSHA in Cyrillic, but I'll bet those guys could use a few pointers just the same.
