Stunningly beautiful landscapes
Courtesy of a link at Dark Roasted Blend, I came across a Web site in (or about) Kazakhstan that offers many spectacularly beautiful photographs of the landscape of that country. Here are a few examples, reduced in size to fit this blog.
There are many more (and larger) images at the link. Very highly recommended viewing. In fact, these photographs are so beautiful that I'm going to add Kazakhstan to my 'bucket list' of places I'd really like to visit before I die.

Great pics. Just remember that is the place where the Soviets conducted most of their nuclear tests.
