I'm sure many readers know the classic children's poem 'Johnny Head-In-Air'. It appears that little Johnny grew up, and moved to Los Angeles - and still hasn't learned to pay attention to his surroundings! Admittedly, he's now looking down at a cellphone rather than up at the clouds, but the consequences appear to be very similar . . .
(For those who missed the news report, the bear was spotted wandering around a Los Angeles suburb yesterday. It was tranquilized and relocated to a rural area.)
I think the man in the video clip above might benefit from learning the late, great Col. Jeff Cooper's Combat Mindset Color Code. Perhaps he might also benefit from a change of underwear after that encounter . . .

His second mistake (after not paying attention to his surroundings) was turning and running like he did. Such a reaction could have triggered a chase--and quick TKO--by the bear.
