He's hissed off, all right!
This Australian gecko leaves us in no doubt that he's thoroughly annoyed with the world.
They're lucky it didn't kill them, after all, all the other animals in that country seem to have that ability. I guess that's one of the few creatures there they can take liberties with.
Seems like a defensive behavior to me, trying to scare of predators.

ReplyDeleteMostly you just have to make sure the little fellas don't take your finger tip off. Otherwise they're quite cute and mostly run away.
