A world record fireworks display


To celebrate 50 years of that country's constitution, the government of Kuwait sponsored the world's biggest fireworks display.  According to the Daily Mail, it cost £10 million (about US $15.9 million at current exchange rates).

That's pretty spectacular all right!  I'm amazed at how far it spreads across the skyline.  I wonder how long the 'firing line' of firework mortars was?
