Courtesy of Kurt P. at A Trainwreck In Maxwell, we learn that the so-called 'Harlem Shake' has its darker side - although I suppose, in this case, it ended up as a (much) brighter side!
Perhaps we should encourage idiots to do this more often. At least it'd keep them off the roads, one way or another!

Truly idiotic... Swing and a miss for Darwin though... :-)
ReplyDeleteDoesn't it seem like water on a gasoline fire should spread it around a bit more then that did? Not complaining, always a good entertainment value ;). Just seems curious -Boyd K
ReplyDeleteHi Boyd,
ReplyDeleteBased on nothing more than what we both saw here and a little common sense based guesswork, whatever that's worth, here's my 2 cents.
I think the water moved it around the way we saw because it was being dumped from water bottles, kind of at the edge of the blaze, which meant the water pooled and flowed down the hood to shove it along.
Now, if they'd had a water hose and a spray nozzle and splashed it down chalk center of the blaze, I'd imagine we'd have seen something different happen.
No expertise behind what I've writ, just the way it looks to me, so take it or leave it as you please.
