The laptop and TV were probably stolen by the time he saw the letter, but if he can remember the locations, he just might get his clothes and maybe even the videogames. Now is Kelsi going to throw the rest of the stuff out, or let him in to get them?
Dumb bastard. Cheating in a relationship is never a good idea. Even if you set aside the moral/ethical issues, unless the other people are dumb as bricks you eventually will get caught.
I'd say he got off lucky.
