The idle musings of a former military man, former computer geek, medically retired pastor and now full-time writer. Ye Gods and little fishes . . .
Courtesy of The Lonely Libertarian, here's one of the weirdest exercise videos I've ever seen.
Nagi Noda was a TV director with a thing for the cute and bizarre. This didn't stop major companies from using her to direct their television ads: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_vdzJuvVrk&index=9&list=PL2A92B5AA1F8959FF
The resolution is so poor that I can't tell: are those inflated ... balls ... midway on her upper and lower arms, and upper and lower legs? Are those part of a costume and just flesh colored, or is that body modification with silicone oil or something? Gotta be a costume: it wouldn't stay put. Same for the actors in the dog costumes.
Remember the Granny in the old Looney Tunes cartoons? "'stigmatism..."
The culture that is Japan...

I loved it. The exercises and especially the strength training was very short, and poodles are generally very non-critical of classmates in leotards !
