Doofus or genius?
Seen on the road in Russia.
I don't know whether to give the driver a Doofus Of The Day award, or a prize for ingenuity!
Now try that kind of thing here, and watch how fast you're stopped, 'papers' demanded, frisked, breathalyzed, cited for everything under the sun, and possibly arrested, thrown in jail and buggered all night by gangbangers.
