Very low and very fast
Here's a Sukhoi Su-33 of the Russian Navy performing two very low, very fast passes down the runway of its base.
I'd imagine that broke all sorts of safety regulations . . . but the cameraman didn't seem too concerned.
I recall reading about a pilot in a desert area reporting a bird strike to the engine intake to the maintanence chief upon returning to base. Later the maintenance chief was reporting his findings to the pilot: "You know that bird strike you reported?" "Yeah?" "It was a jackrabbit."
Those passes weren't all that low. There are clips on you tube showing much lower passes by western pilots. These days, in the US, if you get caught, it can cost your wings. More than one Navy pilot has joined, as Lex used to call it, the ancient and honorable order of former Naval Aviators.
