Wind shear and turbulence at twilight
Here's a near miss with Mother Earth, followed by a successful landing. Must have been fun (NOT!) to be in the cockpit . . .
Ah yes, the infamous cross wind gusts... WELL over the crosswind component, I'd bet, and not enough runway to plop it down and actually get it to STOP! :-)
