If this is true, it makes Watergate look like a Sunday school picnic

The Last Refuge has been covering the "scandals" surrounding President Trump with an eagle eye, and putting together all sorts of trails of evidence.  It's been doing a hell of a job, if you ask me.  Today, it publishes a series of conjectures (all firmly based on evidence available in the public domain) that are enough to make your blood run cold.  If they're true, it means what we've seen from individuals within the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, from early 2015 until today, amounts to nothing less than high treason - not to mention a host of "smaller" crimes.

You should really click over there and read the entire article, complete with evidence.  If you're too busy, here's the meaty bit.

It is my belief, based on mounting evidence, a specific cast of characters -within the Mueller “Russia Election Interference” probe- were placed there, specifically by former FBI chief legal counsel James Baker, to protect the people behind the FBI’s 2016/2017 counterintelligence operation against Trump.

I suspected, and ongoing evidence has confirmed, the same FBI and DOJ “small group”, the team who worked diligently to ensure Hillary Clinton was never found culpable in the 2015/2016 email investigation, later worked on the 2016 Trump counterintelligence operation (FISA wiretapping surveillance etc).

That same “small group” within the FBI and DOJ were then given the task in 2017 of covering both prior operations: A) *Clear Hillary Clinton, and B) *Counterintel op on Trump.

To cover, cloud and protect the DOJ and FBI officials engaged in both operations, the “small group” was then reassembled within Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel team as organized by James Baker.

Inside Mueller’s crew, the “small group” essentially works to watch over what information the Trump officials or congress could possibly be discovering…. under the auspices of investigating ‘Muh Russia’ etc.

If the “small group” comes across a risky trail being followed, they work to impede, block, delay or deflect anyone from that trail.  That is their purpose inside the Special Counsel, Robert Mueller probe.

That objective is why the Special Counsel attorney that signed General Flynn’s Statement of Offense filed Dec. 1, 2017, was the same attorney who responded to the Trump transition team inquiry. Brandon L Van Grack.

This “small group” are essentially around 20 career DOJ and FBI staff lawyers behind and beside the visible names we have recently become aware of. Including: Peter Strzok, Bruce Ohr, Lisa Page, Bill Priestap, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, James Comey, James Baker, David Laufner, Mike Kortan, Jim Rybicki, Trisha Beth Anderson, John P Carlin, Mary McCord, etc.

There's much more at the link.  Go read it for yourself - and, if you're so inclined, do an Internet search on each of the names mentioned in that last paragraph.  The results are mind-boggling.

If this is true . . . Watergate will be regarded by future generations as a the same sort of thing as the minor temblors many Californians experience on a regular basis.  This mammoth scandal, enveloping not just a few individuals, but a Presidential administration and entire Government departments, will turn out to be The Big One.

To those of you with your own blogs and/or social media accounts;  please spread the word about the article, and ask others to read it, too.  It's that important.

    This time, as a warning.

  4. All true I have no doubt. But what will happen? Not a damn thing.

To borrow a line from the movies "Forget it Jake. It's the Deep State."

The real people in control are beyond justice. Anyone in DC who gets sanctioned is either a scapegoat or just taking one for the team and in return for a short stint in Club Fed they'll have a nice cush consulting job waiting for them when they get out and other cush jobs for any next of kin or associates in the meantime. Anyone deemed unreliable or expendable will be expended by whatever means are most efficacious

I'd love to see justice served, The Swamp drained and The Republic restored but the chance of that happening is about as likely as me winning the Powerball. "They" control pretty much everything. Most if not all of the apparatus of government, the schools and universities, the media, the techno-oligarchy, the financial markets and the money itself through the federal reserve, Hollywood and popular culture, the old mainline Christian denominations. Trump and his band of agitators and true Patriots are fighting the good fight and doing the Lord's work but the power and resilience of the enemy arrayed against them is unfathomable. They'll make this work out their to their benefit one way or another.

Like the Powerball I'll hope and pray for the best but I'm not holding my breath for a win.

  5. there is one punishment for treason--i could never figure out why jane fonda was never imprisoned or worse. she was the camel's nose in the tent.

    evil is fathomable.

God is unfathomable but it takes most of us praying and paying attention instead of sinking into our recliners to watch garbage on wide screen televisions.
    pray, pray, pray.
the president's election was a miracle from God.
plenty more miracles where that came from if we keep importuning Him.
remember the lady who importuned the unjust judge?

They regard themselves more than above the law, but completely separate from any accounting at all, as the following example from Australia.

It has just been revealed that the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, Barnaby Joyce, has had an affair with a female staffer, and made her pregnant. Further, it appears that she was removed from within his office and given at least two invented, high paying jobs within other agencies. His Wife is, of course, completely destroyed, yet, he is still in his position of Deputy P. M.
The Prime Minister has said little except that his private life must be 'respected', whilst others within his liberal Party crowd 'believe' this may harm his chances of remaining in office.

'BELIEVE'.!! The mindset publicly displayed by these Politicians is beyond comprehension. In a nutshell, he gave his word to his Wife when he married her, he gave his word to Australia when he was elected. In both instances, both are less than worthless.

Andrew McCarthy admits he was wrong about all of this and is calling for an investigation of the FBI and DOJ for the whole 'Trump Dossier' fiasco.

IMO, there need to be a few hangings.

  10. Ya'll note that the guy in charge of cointel, Bill Priestap, is the only one whose name has not been in the media much.

Because he's been co-operating with congress, Nunes specifically.

It's like the God Emperor now has a marked deck and knows which cards are in the hands of his opponents, and he's holding a royal flush.

    Zerohedge has a nice writeup:

  11. Good lord, this is looking worse and worse for the FBI, the DOJ as a whole, the FISA Court and the Democratic party. I understand it can set a perilous precedent to prosecute a political opponent and especially a former President, but what is being brought to the surface here is criminal activity on a grand scale. People need to be prosecuted, and if found guilty, sitting in Leavenworth for many decades.

No. I want them hanging from a rope. All of them. I want a clean sweep of ALL those involved. It's beyond time for those opposing the Constitution to pay a price, and for those who agree with them to realize they could be there also. I'm thinking the gallows should be built in front of Congress, to make a very public point.

Maybe a lottery for those who would like to pull the lever to drop the bastards? I'm thinking there will be a long list of applicants!

  13. I noticed Dear Leader, Bush the lesser, was on foreign soil pushing the Russian collusion narrative recently. Hopefully our coked up Prozac addled former president gets implicated in this thing if something comes of it. Seeing him, Obama and the Clinton's all handcuffed and doing the Treason, High Crimes and Misdemeanors perp walk would be sweet. Dear Leader dragging Great Leader, his Deep State ass grabbing daddy along behind him would be the cherry on top.
