The idle musings of a former military man, former computer geek, medically retired pastor and now full-time writer. Contents guaranteed to offend the politically correct and anal-retentive from time to time. My approach to life is that it should be taken with a large helping of laughter, and sufficient firepower to keep it tamed!
In fairness, nothing much wrong at all with most UK dentists, especially if you are a private paying patient. If, like me, you are limited to what the NHS will authorise on the other hand.......... The dentists (like our Drs & Nurses) do the best they can, but at the end of the day they (and the rest of us) are at the mercy of our maligned single payer (the NHS), who are themselves rationed financially by our beloved Comrade Commissars. Any work which is purely cosmetic rather than clinically justified, you'd better have the money saved up somehow...
