I'd love to know the story behind that . . .

I can figure out the Maverick missile silhouettes, the cannon shells, and the bombs . . . but I'd dearly love to know the story behind the cow!
Apparently, after a ground attack to relieve our troops, the after action found, besides dead jihadis, a dead cow.
