I remember going to watch it the first week out with a girlfriend... man were we innocent back then. Are main worry was having enough money for gas, and a movie with your steady and a pop afterward...
ReplyDeleteI remember driving my best friend’s father’s motor home across Canada in 1978. Dad was the only one in the family who drove so they hired me to drive the family on the trip so dad could...enjoy himself.

ReplyDeleteAh, yes. The movie that showed a whole generation of young girls that the only way to get a man was to be a slut. Never shows the aftermath, where she's pregnant and he's deserted her for his next target.
