What electoral fraud? THIS electoral fraud!

Two very interesting analyses - one statistical, one technical - have surfaced over the past couple of days.  I think they show beyond reasonable doubt the extent of the electoral fraud that was perpetrated in the 2020 Presidential elections.  I submit that the onus is now on those who say the election was legitimate to disprove these analyses - and I think that's going to be very, very difficult.  If President Trump's legal team can arrange to get this sort of information before the Supreme Court, I can't see how SCOTUS can do otherwise but invalidate the results of the elections in at least the states discussed in these documents.

The first report is from a SubStack account calling itself "Vote Pattern Analysis".  I don't know who's behind it, but it provides exhaustive detail about the raw data used and how they were analyzed - sufficient for any statistician to check and/or reproduce its findings.  Here's a key excerpt.  Bold print is emphasis in the original.

Our analysis finds that a few key vote updates in competitive states were unusually large in size and had an unusually high Biden-to-Trump ratio. We demonstrate the results differ enough from expected results to be cause for concern.

. . .

The four vote updates in question are:

  1. An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump.
  2. An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump.
  3. A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump.
  4. An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump.

This report predicts what these vote updates would have looked like, had they followed the same pattern as the vast majority of the 8,950 others. We find that the extents of the respective anomalies here are more than the margin of victory in all three states — Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia — which collectively represent forty-two electoral votes.

Go read the study in full for yourself.

The second analysis comes from a sworn affidavit by Russell James Ramsland Jr., who describes himself as "part of the management team of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC (ASOG)."  The company has been involved in detailed analysis of the Dominion vote tabulation software used in over 30 states during the recent elections.

Mr. Ramsland's evaluation is damning in a number of respects.  The online file has been set up so I can't directly copy text, but I can screenshot excerpts from it.  Here are three.  I urge you to read the affidavit in full to put them in context.

How anyone can read those two analyses and still claim, with a straight face, that no electoral fraud took place during the 2020 Presidential election, I absolutely do not understand.

Joe Biden was not elected President of the United States.  The vote totals were manipulated to give that impression - but it's false.  I can only hope and pray that the truth is recognized and enforced by the United States Supreme Court before it's too late.

Of course, if it does reach that high, then the possibilities for criminal investigation and charges become much greater.  Don't forget that Rudy Giuliani, heading President Trump's legal team, was a US Attorney during the 1980's, and spearheaded the assault on the Mafia in New York City.  He was instrumental in using the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act against organized crime.  Look at what he said at a news conference last week.  (Bold, underlined text is my emphasis.)

... what emerged very quickly is it’s not a single voter fraud in one state. This pattern repeats itself in a number of states. Almost exactly the same pattern, which to any experienced investigator, prosecutor would suggest that there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these various acts of voter fraud, specifically focused on big cities and specifically focused on, as you would imagine, big cities controlled by Democrats, and particularly focused on big cities that have a long history of corruption. The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia could fill a library. Just a few weeks ago, there was a conviction for voter fraud and one two weeks before that. And I’ve often said, I guess, sarcastically, but it’s true, the only surprise I would have found in this is that Philadelphia hadn’t cheated in this election, because, for the last 60 years, they’ve cheated in just about every single election. You could say the same thing about Detroit.

Each one of these cities are cities that are controlled by Democrats, which means they can get away with anything they want to do. It means they have a certain degree of control over… certainly control the election board completely. And they control law enforcement. And unfortunately, they have some friendly judges that will issue ridiculously irrational opinions just to come out in their favor.

Does that sound to you like a lawyer who's thinking hard about applying RICO's provisions to those responsible for electoral fraud?  It sure does to me!

Pass the popcorn, please . . .

  2. Great reporting, Peter!

That second one looks like a document that's intended to be filed in court. Do you know where it was filed or going to be filed or what the status is?

  4. Up to them to disprove; but they can simply ignore it and continue on.

Praying that God will show them just Who is in control this election.

You all be safe and have a blessed Thanksgiving.

  5. I am not sure what I will do should the certify the Fraudlency on Dev 14 but I am sure it will make a lot of people I know very unhappy. At some point those people need to be held accountable. One way or another.

  6. The five city “Drop and Roll” technique of vote fraud
In the Drop and roll technique, they shut the voting down, calculate what they need, then drop a batch in to “Catch up”. After that they roll out for example, 53 batches in a row and each batch measures exactly 51.2% for Biden and 48.8% for Trump and they roll that difference forward. All this will be released tomorrow.

The five cities where the deep cheating went on: Atlanta, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Maracopa County, Arizona. They hide behind black regions so then they will call you a racist if you question it.

  7. Why would any state ever buy any election software with the ability to add, weight or switch votes?

  8. @Scott No such reaction.
If these allegations from various blogs, publications and SubStack sources each of which are published by individuals of self-described backgrounds, unknown competence, unknown funding and generally with a particular political persuasion stand the test of the relevant courts, then the appropriate sanctions and restitution should be applied.
It's ironic that there was widespread condemnation of mainstream media calling the election on the basis of the information they possessed. Yet, when the shoe's on the other foot, many people are hanging on the "analysis" provided by these unverifiable sources to make the counter-case to suit their narrative.
I've seen a number of allegations saying the statistical analysis (such as the use of Benford's Law) points to fraudulent behaviour as the only possible cause. In response, I've posted rebuttals from other analysts in earlier comments showing this analysis is deeply flawed and an inappropriate application of this technique. Furthermore, these blogs and publications have a tendency to portray every statistical outlier as evidence of fraud without taking into account other, more plausible explanations.
I know the response will be "The courts can't be trusted.....etc, etc", but the fact is, that courts in multiple jurisdictions and in red and blue states have yet to find anything of substance in these allegations. Also, public officials, both federally (such as the former Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) and in red and blue states have also vouched for the election process.
It's the right of anyone who feels they have been legally wronged to take their matter to court. Both sides have to wait the outcome and abide with the findings. No doubt one of those parties will be disappointed, that's the way the system works in a civilised country.

  10. Gulianis case unfolds. I'm sure the same techniques were used here in CO but as they've been doing it long enough that the media describes us as "reliably blue" no one is surprised at the result.

Glad you showed up to troll. Do you get paid for this or do you spread propaganda for free?

I take it you haven't done any voting/ballot analysis yourself. Some of us have spent significant time going through the official rolls and computer logs, interviewing voters, geocoding addresses, researching property records, etc. (My spouse and my butt weren't happy with all the extra time spent in front of the computer.)

Guess what? There is plenty of actual evidence pointing to fraud on multiple levels. From individuals voting illegally, to multiple ghost voters at address where they have never lived, to ballot harvesting of homeless, poll observer suppression and computer fraud flipping or suppressing thousand of votes. We have actual evidence and affidavits for all of this.

Plus there is plenty of organized suppression of these facts. Your "side" benefits from this denial, so you spout the party line.

Why? Because we are in a war. "All is fair in love or war." is the phrase. There are trillions of dollars and millions of lives at stake.

And I hope Trump prevails legally because he won the election. Also because it will minimize the amount of bloodshed and destruction in the next year/decade.

  12. Mark, you're not posting from the EB Misfit Blog, are you?

So, if Trump wins these various court cases, and everything Sidney Powell alleges turns out to be true, will you still be singing the "Courts are Honest" song, or will you change your tune?

  13. @Chris Nelson

I'm not trolling, I simply disagree with you on the evidence I've seen from reliable sources (and I know your reliable sources will be different to mine). Remember the good old days when people could disagree without being abused?

I don't know who you are, I don't know your qualifications or investigative and analytical experience and frankly I don't care. You say you've done all this analysis, well good on you but I'm not going to pay your assertions all that much attention as you fall into my description of these sources in my earlier response. You've also admitted your bias in talking about "My side", so that further discredits the validity of your analysis. Even your throwaway line ".......suppressing thousands of votes." is true, that's still insufficient to change the outcome of the elections.

Whether we like it or not, in great, civilised countries the election and court systems are the way governments are selected and appeals handled. All this loose talk of bloodshed and destruction is contributing to an already febrile environment and is irresponsible. Such an unleashing of violence will result in a horror the likes of which hasn't been seen for decades. People need to cool it down and become less combative in their discourse with others who have different opinions.

That's exactly what I've been saying all through my comments. If these allegations are tested and the courts and are found to be proven, as I've previously said "then the appropriate sanctions and restitution should be applied."

My concern is that too many people are talking about violence, rivers of blood etc based on reading commentaries from unknown sources masquerading as "evidence". Put these allegations to the test and see if they're valid, if not, accept the outcomes.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I think you are a partisan troll wasting peoples time. In fact I'd call you a liar or worse to your face if we weren't social distancing and this wasn't Peter's site. But you are back again, like a pigeon crapping on a chessboard.

Fraud happens and does make a difference. The current methodology of elections in this country has more holes than Swiss cheese. Intentionally so.

And yes, a few thousand or even a handful of votes can make a difference in an key election. See LBJ's senate election, which has well documented fraud. Or the 2000 "hanging chad" presidential election.

If I thought it would make a difference, I'd point again at actual individual ghost ballots that are frauds. Or thousands of local ballots purged and interviews of real people. I've linked to these before. Imagine voting and having some jerk deleting your ballot because you are over 65. Or having 6 people out of county using your physical address to illegally vote by mail.

But you would make an additional excuse to ignore the truth because you belong to Saul Alinsky's ilk and have no concept of honor, just winning whatever the means. And Saul Alinsky served a much different and darker master than I. I'm sorry you currently follow that same path. I will pray for you, but I won't pity you.

I'll also pray for a Trump win in the courts and a possible smaller physical conflict in the future. I'm thankful that he won in 2016 and postponed the destruction of the pseudo-Republic for another 4 years.

May you survive the near future, reject evil, and ultimately find salvation. Remember,Jesus died for all of our sins.
