... we're seeing the truth of the old Biblical adage: "Those who sow the wind will reap the whirlwind."
If I were in D.C. today, I'd be in the Capitol along with the protesters.
This is what happens when the Left thinks it can get away with murder, and acts accordingly - only to be brought up short by the righteous anger of those they've wronged and ignored.
So, now . . . let the cards fall where they may. As Julius Caesar said, "Alea iacta est". The die is cast. Nobody knows what the future holds - but it will definitely not be "politics as usual" any more.

Agreed, wholeheartedly. And yes, let the chips fall where they may. They asked for it, now they are going to have to live with the consequences.

ReplyDeleteActually, WE, as in us US, will have to live with the consequences of venal Never Trump Republirats that comprise the Ruling Class, including most of the Supreme Court. If the "results" of this election are allowed to stand, I fear a return to the days of the American Civil War. Everyone on the left who supports Harris/Biden, along with the Republirat Ruling Class think THEY can escape the consequence of their malfeasance and outright violation of the US Constitution.
I don't remember that all the Antifa/BLM bull$hit that America endured over the past year was ever called down in the manner the protest in DC today is being described.
95% sure the riot portion was a false flag operation with the complete support of the major media. Those "occupiers" wandering in the House chamber, did they look like Jimmy Maga? That's how it's done, except the media was long since assimilated.
ReplyDeleteWe all know it was soro's boys. It is still sad to see it come to whatever this is. Nobody can win it will be left to the victors either way.
ReplyDeleteI despise, detest, and TOTALLY distrust the media, especially the NYT, WaPoo, and TV nets. As I keep saying, I don't know if the media is/are a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Dem Party, or if it's the other way round, but it's OBVIOUS that they're in CAHOOTS.
ReplyDeleteRegarding news sources that actually tell the truth, the Brit newspapers seem to do a good job of telling the truth about what's happening here. Just as our news organizations give a more-truthful representation of what's happening over there.
ReplyDeleteRemember, the news organization that made the most of Hunter Biden's laptop? Australia's 60 Minutes and their version of the Post.
As to agitators? Not Antifa, and not Soros' boys. Because there's no real vandalism. No statues toppled, no paintings ripped, no fires set, no offices smashed, no piles of human feces or puddles of pee around.
I do think it was people from our side. Who were just showing the powers-that-be what could happen. Like the Bundy standoff (yes, the Bundys were, are, and will forever be a-holes, but the principles they stood up for were, are and will forever be correct. Still, a-holes, but correct a-holes.)

ReplyDeleteI would have been glad to have met you, if you could have made it up the Capitol steps.
But I would have been in uniform.
And you would not have passed the door, if I could have helped it.
Friendship does not deny duty.
Your duty now is to reevaluate. As is mine.
@Matt G: You'd have done your job in a professional, positive manner, as you always do - and I respect you for it, and wouldn't have tried to obstruct you in doing so. Both of us are, I'm sure, now re-evaluating the situation in our country.
