Butter, anything rend from cooking, olive, and avacado oil are pretty much all i ise anymore. I avoid using seed oils or anything that heavily processed.

I might just steal that writing prompt about Zeus, because I don't appreciate adultery being rewarded or handwaved in stories and he sure does enable a lot of it in Greek mythology.
I'm more than just a little professionally acquainted with oilseeds processing industry. The description is quite accurate, and I'd add that it isn't just soybeans that are thusly processed. There is an old skool way to extract the oils without all that, but it is of very low volume and therefore not economical.
By the way, the petroleum-based solvent mentioned is generally hexane and that is highly explosive as well as being carcinogenic. This is relevant to the hand loaders amongst us because hexane is often used in case lube products that you spray on your cases before re-sizing them, so when the label indicates do not use indoors, it's best to take that seriously.
