It's Baby Wendell!
I hope Larry Correia sees this. It's a curious baby manatee in Florida exploring a wetsuit. Wendell Jr.?
We had a few in Salinas Marina P. R. I lived aboard a 42' ketch at the time. Next to me was cabin cruise wtth a beautiful Blond 20 yr old ditz of the owner girlfriend. She freaked when seeing one, screaming Monstro! Monstro!
