Memes that made me laugh 188

I always saw college parking permits as a massive over-reach. They already over charge for the services they peovide, and then they want you to pay for parking too?
When I was in college I may have used the college print shop equipment (digital camera, photo editing software, and high end printer) to create my very own parking pass... I kept it quiet and never paid for a parking pass other than my very first one.
It isn't just 'hauntings' that have been done by locals.
Decades ago, some bored teenagers in a rural area gained access to a tank of hydrogen and a bunch of dry cleaner bags. Yes, they did float. They could even carry a small payload. Like a lit cigarette. Which would eventually reach the bag, burn a hole in it, release the hydrogen, and ignite it. All of this at night, of course. Made ghostly white or bluish lights in the sky.
It was even funnier when the local paper reported strange lights in the sky, and rumors of flying saucers were started.
It was all fun and games until the Feds showed up.
If you are driving west out of Las Vegas there are (were?) a number of billboards advertising "Alien Fresh Jerky". If you go there they have a nice themed shop and hotel.
Their competition across the street is just a shack, and they only have one billboard:
The Jeep driver with the fake EV charge hookup just gave away TOO MUCH INFORMATION, and will be busted soon. Brilliant plan, shitty execution.
