Following last weekend's look at dwarf metal, I came across this rather strange piece of heroic fantasy music. It's certainly metal-ish, and brings in most of the tropes and tales of the genre. You'll recognize the voice of Christopher Lee as the narrator. I'm not sure I like it, but it's different enough that I thought I'd let you hear it and make up your own mind. Peter, since I still haven't gotten Diggy, Diggy Hole out of my head, there is no way that I will listen to any new music. Maybe in 3-4 months.
ReplyDeleteWell, that was a hit to the nostalgia. I remember listening to these guys a lot as a teenager/twenty-something (I'm 37 currently, in case you were wondering how long they've been around). If you like their music you'll probably also like Blind Guardian (both are fantastic IMO).
