You would think, but I am on the board of our local cemetery and we actually have had to tell people this! Full burials aren't the problem, but the cremains are! And we really do want to know who is where, and how much of a plot is or is not open.
My son would have loved to have Vlad. Fortunately he no longer needs an inhaler.
