That first meme is funnier / more poignant than you realise. There are a disturbing number of "sperm donor overachievers" out there, some of whom were the doctors running the fertility clinic. Generational FAFO at its finest!
When I worked in downtown Minneapolis, there was a, um, 'seasoned citizen' who regularly panhandled with a sign reading "Grandma needs a makeover". And yes, she did. Had to hand her points for true introspection and honesty.
