That Pennsylvania one... Obviously, the bridge caught rust from a rusty car. Standards must be stepped up, and vigorously enforced! All vehicles entering the state must have rust passports! Rust-protective underbody coatings, with quarterly re-application, shall be mandatory for all vehicles, to protect the bridges from exposure to rusty cars!
Now that is a great leap, from St. Augustine to Descartes...

ReplyDeleteTo be fair, you only fail if it is into the pass compartment or compromises the structure.
I could write a book on how mismanaged PA infrastructure is.
