From Larry Lambert at Virtual Mirage:
BRM (Peter Grant) will be in the area next week and by hook or crook, we’ll meet up and within the hour, we will have solved ALL of the world’s problems in this epic summit. I’ll either see him coming west on I-40 or headed back east a week later, but it will happen. The fate of Western Civilization hangs in the balance.
Let's see . . . A grizzled veteran of the US Navy SEALS and long-time law enforcement narcotics and cartel expert meets up with a former South African military vet, pastor, and survivor of the quasi-civil-war in South Africa from 1976-1994. Between the two of us, I daresay we've caused a fairly significant amount of mayhem over the course of our lives. We both write novels and we both blog. We've also both chosen to move to parts of the country where we can be free to be ourselves.
If we put our heads together, who knows what might happen?
Peter
That sounds like an extremely interesting meeting. I wouldn't mind being a fly on the wall there.
ReplyDeleteLove reading both of your Blogs- Thank you Both !
ReplyDeleteBringing two such "radioactive" masses that close together might reach a critical mass and set the world on fire! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhatever is decided upon Im all for it.
ReplyDeleteThat'll be a fun meeting! And make sure to enjoy a meal together! Larry is good folks!
ReplyDeleteit all started with nine guys sitting around a tavern drinking beer and bitching about the govt. i'm sure you could find seven more.
ReplyDeleteIf only we could "make it so" afterwards. :)
ReplyDeleteYou all be safe and God bless.

ReplyDeleteThat is a scary thought of you two together and a possibility of several beers and good food. Critical mass indeed...
ReplyDeleteEd B + 1 I would be more than happy to pay for that with maybe a portion go to Lawdog. Maybe it could be free form or possibly a moderator at the end with question from their blog readers?
ReplyDeleteIf you ever get up this way in Colorado, be sure and let me know. It's be nice to meet you.
ReplyDeletePrayers for a safe trip, and LL is a very interesting guy.
