The ghouls that walk our streets

Following on from our first article this morning, my friend Lawdog has penned his thoughts on the ghouls in our midst.  They've been exposed (yet again) by the murder of Charlie Kirk, but that's only the latest episode in which they've metaphorically danced in the blood of those they dislike.

Charlie Kirk — like him or dislike him — was willing to hold a dialogue with those on the other side of the political spectrum from him. He was right-wing, and he was willing to have conversation with those on the left-wing.

He was murdered by someone on the left-wing — yes, the alleged murderer was a leftist, I’ve read the charging instrument — and Charlie Kirk wasn’t even cold before left-wing doctors, teachers, attorneys, media personalities, therapists, professors, real estate agents, insurance agents, administrators, food service people, and service members didn’t just get callous, contemptuous, and cruel; but were gleefully laughing, dancing, singing, and ghoulishly posting evidence of such on social media, along with suggested kill lists of other conservative names, and wishes of suffering and death upon his grieving widow, kith, and kin.

Huh.

Now the conservatives are smacking back. Performative exhibitions of merriment and joy at the murder of another human being are getting the performers fired.

And we’re suddenly hearing: “We need to open a dialogue between the two political sides.”

. . .

Tell me, do: why should conservatives open a dialogue with people whose ghouls so publicly and exuberantly celebrate the deaths of conservatives — whether the conservatives be a media personality, or eight-year-old girls who just happen to live in Texas — to the point that I worry about how they treat any suspected conservative in their care?

I should open a dialogue with people who — should Rita or I die — will caper mirthfully upon our bodies?

Conservatives should open a dialogue with the side that paints a bloody huge target on conservatives — using brushes dipped in “Nazi”, “fascist”, and other dehumanising epithets — and then cheers when a conservative who dares open a dialogue gets murdered?

Nah. I’m good.

. . .

Get your sodding ghouls under control, first. Teach them — loudly, publicly, firmly, and often — that this sort of behaviour is not to be tolerated in polite society.

Then I’ll think about a “dialogue”.

There's more at the link.

I try to be Christian in my approach to people;  not to pre-judge them, but to accept them as fellow sinners in need of the grace of God.  However, there have been times over the past week when I could have sworn that some of those dancing in Charlie Kirk's blood (metaphorically speaking) were no more than demons spouting the propaganda of their master in Hell.  There was precious little (if any) humanity to be found in their rejoicing over the murder of an innocent man whose only "offense" was to believe differently than they did.

If we in the center and right of American politics were to behave towards the Left, and speak of them, the way they do to and about us, we'd have civil war in a heartbeat.  There'd be no room left for discussion, civilized argument, or debate.  I can only thank God (literally) that saner heads have so far prevailed in the center-right of US politics . . . but I don't know whether that will (or even can) continue.

I'm seriously concerned about Charlie Kirk's memorial service in Arizona this weekend.  President Trump will be there.  How many hard left supporters will consider it a good idea to try to assassinate him while he's there?  How many are already making plans to do so?  How many are likely to follow through with their plans, and are capable of doing so?  If I were the Secret Service right now, I'd be losing sleep considering those possibilities.

And yes, I agree with Lawdog.  There is no possibility of meaningful "dialogue" unless and until the knee-jerk hatred stops.  Golda Meir once said of Arabs:  "We will only have peace with [the Arabs] when they love their children more than they hate us."  Our progressives hate us, and our children, with a burning fire.  We will not have peace with them unless and until that fire is extinguished.  That can happen through their choice.  I hope and pray that it will - because if it doesn't, it'll take a fire brigade to put it out.  That fire brigade won't be using hoses.

They need a Combat Air Patrol over that funeral and potentially a mobile PAC-3 unit stationed nearby.

enter MOB thinking. yeah. that is about 2/3 of it really. going along with the "cool kids" bullshit. but the problem is the cool kids suck and are inline with evil. used to be a rule of thumb that the I.Q. of any mob is the size of it= more fools=less I.Q. or in other words they have stopped thinking. and they have not taught kids how to think in this country for a long time now.
being civil to others is about skin deep in most people.
and it is only fear of getting caught that does keep them from acting out for the most part. or getting hurt while doing something. then again, most of these clowns have no idea what they doing is wrong in so many ways too.
life was better in so many ways when GOD was still in the classrooms. long past time he was brought back into them.

When men came to Zerubbabel (Ezra 4) who offered to help, they were rejected. They claimed to be brothers by blood and faith, yet were told they were not wanted. For their true nature was known.

Nehemiah, in rebuilding the walls and the city, had set armed guards about. He commanded that every worker be armed; one hand for the work, the other for their weapon.

This describes my position. I suggest each of you do the same.

I once tried to earnestly converse with individuals (one by one, away from the peer pressure of their cohorts) to seek resolution and understanding. My repeated efforts came to no avail. I certainly avoided trying to sell my opinion.

After all my attempts over many years I stopped. I had noticed the responses became more angry.
I think Sido is at this same place. It is sad to realize. It is disappointing. For me, it has led to a new resolve to have nothing whatsoever to do with such people. I would reconsider if they dropped the attitude and prove themselves as agreeable.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Unfortunately, now we have seen what a large number considered acceptable behavior, more people are realizing that is what the Left wants to do to us.

It is a long time back to an acceptable status quo ante, I doubt we can easily reach that status.

I really don't like living through historical times full of interesting subjects for future History Grad student.

I probably fall into the "bad Christian" category.
In my, likely defective, understanding, God is non interventionist, these days. Christ was NOT a passive, "turn the other cheek to cut my throat" individual. He kicked ass on the Moneychangers, literally. The verse, Luke 22:36, paraphrased, "Sell your cloak for a sword", I believe, was to kill the demons among us, in defense. I could be wrong.
In any event, Normiecons, better keep their awareness elevated.
"Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everyone you meet." Gen. Mattis.

It doesn't apply in a lot of cases, but there is this warning against casting pearls before swine. As to what they are - you will know them by their fruits. Be a fruit inspector.

Like it or not, the left have declared that civil war and have been fighting it for years. The right have only just woken up to the fact they're serious. Charlie Kirk was just prominent enough to demonstrate it widely enough.

Satanic and demonic on the left? SI!!!! It's the only explanation, over and over, Satan and his minions controlling them indirectly or directly, kind of national demonic possession vs international demonic possession.

Sad and weird sounding, but it's a seriously viable theory.

I've seen way too much evil walking on this earth to not think that actual demonic or satanic possession doesn't exist. Anyone in the prison world knows there are those prisoners (or guards) that you just don't want to be near because creepy and weird and not-quite-right, almost like they're Not-of-this-Earth in a Lovecraftian way.

At this point my "conversation" is apt to start with that distinctive "racking sound" my Mossberg makes... I... have had enough...

What scares me more is not that they feel that way, but that they think it is not only acceptable, but laudable to say things like this in public. I have family members who think it is okay to tell me that all Conservatives should be in concentration camps (or worse).

I mean, there are people whose deaths i responded to with "Good". There are more people who I most certainly not miss, and whose funerals I will watch with popcorn. But I'm not posting that list anywhere in public...

We need an American Pinochet to round these people up and the RINOs and physically remove them from society.

One can not reason with people who want you jail for owning a gun their idiot leader does not like or forcing an untested biological agent upon you while members of Congress and the White House staff and others were exempt. I'm an agnostic, but these people are human filth among us. While they may not commit crimes, they are happy to vote for those who do.

I find Christian Ziontards annoying as well, but they are not far behind on some things.

There is no voting our way out of this. Even Trump is compromised in a number of ways.

I am always amazed at the phrase behind Kirk's name - like him or hate him. He is tame by Poor Richard's standard and an absolute ( insert English derogatory here) compared to Paine. To the left - the best is yet to come baby.

We can have a dialogue with different branches of Christianity and conservatism after every single one of the grotesque sacks of soulless inhuman filth calling themselves "liberals" and "democrats" have been sent back to Hell where they belong, and not a single nanosecond sooner.

Literally? To quote Inigo Montoya, I don't think that word means what you think it means.

Steve Deace at the Conservative Partnership Institute delved into this topic, the video is over 27 minutes long but well worth everyone's time, because the Assassination opened a door that will only be closed with a lot of effort. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMesXQP_LDg&t=704s

They want to dialog?
Huh. Strange. That was CK's schtick. He was all about talking, because when you stop talking the violence starts.

And they murdered him for it.

And the ghouls cheered a school shooter, a place that the left tells us is supposed to be a "safe space," because the murdered was guilty of wrong-think.

Somehow I don't believe them. They simply want us to keep our guard down so they can keep stabbing, punching, and shooting with impunity.

He whipped ass, at a minimum, captain pedant. With a literal whip. He brought "not peace, but a sword". He tore the second temple down, and He is the renewed and rebuilt Temple.
Turning (offering) your other cheek when slapped was a provocation, not a surrender. May Charlie rest in the peace of God's arms, confident in the knowledge that Christ is victorious.

Worst. Civil War. Ever.

We might be at the Bleeding Kansas stage of the run-up to the war.
