Someone's guardian angel was working overtime . . .
Quite how this pedestrian avoided becoming the meat in a two-car sandwich, I don't know.
I suspect his guardian angel put in for some overtime after that incident!
Naw, not a sandwich--he would've been knocked out of the park by the first car's tail, or knocked flying (but much less seriously) by the nose of the second car. :)
I do believe in a protective force. I have been in several situations when I should have been smashed by cars or fallen on rocks etc. My survival is either a series of great coincidences, or miracles. What bothers me about it is that I can't imagine why I would rate even one miracle, let alone a series.
I used to believe in that protective force stuff. Been in a lot of incidents where I was either not injured and should have been or injured none to badly but should have been killed. Then I got the big C and all those thoughts about BS like that went out the window.
