Wikipedia's 'Most Viewed' by nation
Johann Gunnarsson has compiled a very interesting series of lists of the most-searched terms and articles on Wikipedia's various versions for 2012. Here, for example, is his Top 10 list for English Wikipedia:
By clicking a link on his page, you can see the top 100 searches on English Wikipedia. He has the same information for all the various language editions, including Catalan, Japanese and Persian Wikipedias. Clicking any of the article names in his lists will take you to its Wikipedia entry.
Interesting stuff for the geeks among us (including yours truly).

I use wikipedia several times a week, but I don't believe I have searched for even one of the things on the list (the full 100).
