A relative was serving in one of the 'Stans. He said, don't get in a car crash because the ambulance crew will do nothing for ten minutes after they arrive in order to not interfere with His Will. If you live, you live; if you die, you die. If you're still alive after ten minutes, then it's ok to load you up and take you to some actual medical help. I'm guessing a lot of CODs are "exsanguination".
