We've seen quite a few Bollywood fight scenes over the years (and they'll keep coming). However, Bollywood doesn't appear to have tackled slapstick comedy violence as much. I wonder what a Bollywood version of the Home Alone franchise would look like? Inquiring minds want to know!
To provide them with inspiration, here are the booby traps from the first three Home Alone movies. (I know there are three more, but I've never seen them, and by all accounts they were pot-boilers trading on the reputation of the first three, and not living up to it.) Enjoy!
I wonder what an Indian superhero would look like, taking a pratfall like that?

I see you are not acquainted with the works of director Rohit Shetty...... ;-)
Here's a 5 minute sample. It's a commercial for instant Chinese food, but is also a prime example of a Bolly/Tollywood film, just condensed down. The "lead actor" is Bolywod A-lister Ranveer Singh (and his character's name of Ranveer Ching plays on that, obviosuly), and the "lead actress" is Tollywood A-lister Tammaana Bhatiam. There are English subtitles available.
And seriously..... all the "fighting" is completely hilarious slaptstick, IMO.
Fun fact as an aside: Ranveer Singh is a Hoosier with a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University.

To go a little further, "The Flying Jatt" is a superhero farce that's completely hilarious. It was actually a rather bad movie too, but Jacquelyn Fernandez made it at least watchable (for me, anyway. I'm sure the ladies prefer Tiger Shroff as the lead instead).
Krrish 3 was also very over the top, but I don't recall it being pratfallish, however.
The 4 "Housefull" movies are all slapstick-y, but while Akshay Kumar got his start as an action hero, he's much more nebbish-y in them and his character is always "just a guy." Even so, they're quite fun.
The "horror-comedy" called "Stree" is very "over-the-top" silly, and I would argue slapstick when they're dealing with the ghost as well.
the first two were the best. The rest just fade into the past and stay there.
