Yeah, they'll be responsible for the UNUSUALLY large or small centaurs, and the rich, or maybe even just the moderately well off, leprechauns.
The 4 year old's cooking advice cracked me up.
So Madrid is not responsible for "average sized centaurs".
But large or small ones? I guess that's still on them...
