You laugh.
I helped a roommate move out. He was diabetic, so his car got shipped to TX, along with everything else. Breaking down his bedroom furniture, that was going to another of his friends, I thought I would do him a good deed and wash his bedding. After throwing his sheets into the dryer, I ran a wash load of some new slacks and shirts. Dryer starts to smell. Sheets still rather stiff. And smelly. My new clothes come out of the washer smelling the same. Rewashed them with every kind of soap I can find. After a dozen washes, I toss them into the trash. Along with the sheets. After much scrubbing, I got the two machines to stop smelling like bad B.O.
What's that saying, "no good deed goes unpunished"?
