These idiot's where lucky tha the driver of the Excavator let this anger/fear? out on the car, and not on themselves.., why? they where full in in range of his boom, and they can swivel goddamm fast, what energy would be in a swing of a few tons with say 20 to 30 degrees per second?
If you watch enough Russian dashcam recordings, you will see a lot of that sort of stupid violence toward vehicle operators. That they would switch focus toward a second group or person, and continue being violent, seems typical of too many Russians. One of the possible explanations is Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. That appears to be quite prevalent in Russia.
