Oops!

Nope, NOT a good idea if you ever want tug services again... And that's kinda odd, since 'most' of the time, ships already have at least one anchor extended for an emergency in case they lose power...
I just wonder about the idiot in the tugboat, who decided that the best place to come into contact with the ship, was directly under the anchor.
Why is it so hard for people to look at an approaching situation, (BEFORE they get into the middle of things) and ask themselves "What am I seeing here? What do I need to do? What can go wrong, and how do I either prevent, or minimize, the damage?"
